First, Download the Parcel Force App

Once installed, log in or register for a free Parcel Force account.

🏤 How to Set Your Preferred Post Office Location

1. Open the Parcel Force app and log in.3RD Iris Creative

2. Tap the menu icon (☰) or go to the Settings section.

3. Select ‘Delivery Preferences’.

4. Tap ‘Preferred Collection Point’ or ‘Local Post Office’.

5. Enter your postcode to search for nearby locations.

6. Choose the Post Office or Parcel Force depot that's most convenient for you.

7. Tap Save to confirm your selection.

That’s it! Any future deliveries can be directed to this location if you're not home, making pickups quick and hassle-free.
