Every Chai Wallah has their own special recipe and they are all delicious, fragrant and fabulous.

Alchemy has been making chai elixirs since 1998 and their Mumbai Chai was crafted to deliver the true taste of an Indian street Chai, with the ease of use, consistency and functional flavours that Alchemy is famous for.

Mumbai Chai Elixir is made from organic black tea with ginger, cinnamon, pepper, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom which makes it a powerful drink that can be enjoyed either hot or cold.

Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free.

This amazing little bottle of goodness is enough for 50 servings, making it the perfect addition to your drinks menu. Alternatively, enjoy it at home as part of a healthy nutrition plan.

Ingredients: Australian Raw Sugar, Water, Organic Tea Powder, Natural Flavour, Caramelised Sugar, Organic Vanilla Extract, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Spice Extracts (Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper).

Preparation: Add Chai Elixir, milk (or milk alternative) and steam. 8oz drinks - 2 pumps of Chai, 12oz drinks - 3 pumps of Chai, 16oz drinks- 4 pumps of Chai (pump sold separately)
